• Sync appointments with your Google Calendar
• Send booking confirmations and reminders
• Improve our service

• Encryption of sensitive data

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, transfer, or disclose your Google user data with any third parties except in the following circumstances:

• With Google as necessary to provide the calendar synchronization service
• When required by law or to comply with legal processes
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of ArtyChat, our users, or the public

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide our services:

• Calendar data is retained only for the duration of your active use of our service
• Disconnect Option: You can unlink your Google account at any time by using the "Disconnect" feature in your account settings. This will immediately revoke our access to your Google Calendar data.
• You can also request manual deletion of your Google user data by contacting us at [email protected]
• Upon account deletion, all associated Google user data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days

6. WhatsApp Business Integration

When you connect your Meta (WhatsApp Business) account to our service:

• We access your WhatsApp Business account details to enable messaging functionality
• We can send and receive messages on your behalf through your connected WhatsApp Business account
• Message content and contact information is processed to provide our service
• Data Control: You can disconnect your Meta business account at any time to revoke our access to your WhatsApp Business data
• Disconnecting will stop any further data collection from your WhatsApp Business account

This integration is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Google Calendar API to sync your bookings. Google's privacy policy applies to their services.
