ArtyChat provides an online booking system that integrates with Google Calendar to manage appointments and with WhatsApp Business for communication functionality..

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not abuse the booking system

4. Google Calendar Integration

When connecting your Google Calendar:

• We only access calendar data needed for booking functionality
• You can revoke access at any time via Google Account settings
• We don't store your Google credentials

5. WhatsApp Business Integration

By connecting your Meta (WhatsApp Business) account:

• You grant us permission to access your WhatsApp Business account for messaging purposes
• You agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy
• You are responsible for all messages sent through your connected WhatsApp Business account
• You may disconnect your WhatsApp Business account at any time through your account settings
• We are not responsible for any WhatsApp Business account restrictions imposed by Meta

This integration is governed by Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for:

• Booking errors caused by incorrect information
• Google Calendar sync issues
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• WhatsApp message delivery issues or account restrictions
